Lou’s heart is to communicate the love of God through song. Her desire is to express truth, feed the church and bring revelation of God through her singing and songwriting.
She has been the lead singer of Phatfish for the last 15 years, developed her skills as a recording artist and has become a successful session singer, featuring on many albums of worship music. In addition, she has wide experience in leading worship in church and conference settings, and has regularly appeared on BBC’s Song of Praise.
Her first solo album Treasure was released in 2006 and has proved to be immensely popular, becoming the year’s best-selling album through Cross Rhythms. The radio single Hard Pressed has become a firm favourite with many, and other tracks like O God of Love and Sing to the Lord are regularly sung by congregations throughout the UK.
Her most recent release is entitled Promised Land, which is already receiving rave reviews.
Lou is married to Nathan Fellingham, and they have two small children. They live in Brighton, UK and are active members of their local church CCK..
